Vertical versus Horizontal Team approach
The Service contract is built on a vertical team approach, which includes the different roles as appropriate to deliver the Service (Project Manager, Business Analyst, Expert, Architect, Application Manager, Developer and so forth). To that respect, the Service Contract is different from FRONT Flex, which offers a flexible volume contract on an horizontal team composition (within the same range of profile, Project Managers for example).
