For several years, I had been working as a Middle Office employee in a couple of Asset Management companies. Due to the past years' bank crises and mergers, I was frequently brought into contact with consultants who were working at FRONT. Their international appearance and personal approach led me to embark on a new adventure as a Senior Consultant at FRONT.

As from the beginning I knew it, this is the company I had been searching for. I had always been attracted to working abroad and FRONT was immediately conscientious towards my desires and sent me off on an foreign mission as Business & Functional Analyst in one of today's major Reporting Software players. When the mission ended, FRONT thoroughly evaluated the project with both my Client and myself. I can happily say that within that same month, I was sent off again to a new mission as a Business Analyst, again abroad.

By meeting up with me on a regular basis, FRONT offers me the possibility to manage my own career path within the company, although of course always supported by appropriate training and coaching. They also allow me to interconnect with colleagues and to share knowledge and experience at their monthly planned events and drinks. And by setting up several discussions and appraisals a year, I never feel out of touch with the company.

I have been working for FRONT for the past 2 years now and I have discovered that my company offers far more than that. All these aspects have contributed to the fact that with my background as developer and infographist, and thanks to the excellent guidance that FRONT offers me, I could aim my career towards data management in the financial world. In my current project, I am working with an internationally well-known and recognised client and I am supported by a senior colleague who helps me, teaches me but most importantly advises me. This particular coaching is what really pushes me to evolve and deploy my skills to the maximum and to make the right choices and take appropriate actions.
