> What is the interview process ?While our hiring criteria are the same for all candidates, we will try to adapt the interview process according to the position the candidate is applying for. One thing that does not change, however, is that every applicant will go through multiple job interviews with FRONT's consultants. A first interview focuses on the candidate's resume and motivation, the second one aims to discuss about the business knowledge and possible projects. During this second interview you will have the opportunity to get the flavour of what working at FRONT is really like.
